Vintage Sterling Silver Taxco MEXICO Modernist Floating Dots Collar NECKLACE
A cool, vintage sterling silver modernist necklace from Taxco, Mexico. It consists of 6 long links, made up of parallel strip rectangles with random dots soldered onto the surface, It's difficult to measure the length due to the curvature of the links, but by my estimation, it's approximately 16 to 16.5 inches long and up to 3/8 wide. It closes with a sliding tongue in box clasp that is in good working order and has a push button release. The clasp is marked HECHO EN MEXICO 925 in a circle around initials that look like AHR or AKR? Beneath that is reads, STERLING TAXCO. All the hinges and connections are sound. It has some tarnish and will look beautiful once it is polished but I leave that up to the new owner. It is in very good vintage condition and weighs 61 grams. The boring stuff you should read. I know things come up and I'm glad to work with you if there's a problem. If you need a box or something special, let me know when you pay and I will try to accommodate. Have fun and check in often.
