The bracelet is 1 11/16 wide comprised of 3 convexly curved links of soft looking, thick silver and a well-working oval shape clasp. Amazingly the sprue of each link indicates cast work, it, the bracelet, feels rock solid (weighing in at 71.6 g or 2.3 ozt) but is easy on the wrist with rounded lobed edging and well curved linkage which snugs up close to the arm. The whole is of soldered construction with a wearable length of 7 (when clasped and measured from the inside).
It was sourced second hand at a Bay Area vintage wares market. Please review images for your take on age, design and condition.
Magnificent silver piece expertly rendered with a well-working oval clasp curved bar release, quasi-scroll motif in heavy gauge, I'd describe as having a look or feel of'colonial' style silver although the actual craft date is likely late 1930's to early 40's. In any event the marking seems to indicate a pre-WWII period of time.
Observation: the width of this piece plus its length allows it to be comfortably worn by a small-wristed individual, even on a petite scant 6 arm it wears'high' and'ladylike' not way down (on the hand) as some of them do (on small-wristed people) if you know what I mean. The condition is excellent, uncleaned and not polished - no damage either -- some oxidation so could use a rub-down with a polishing cloth, or not.
